I used the AWICS security service for a family situation during the month of November 2022 in which I was not safe and required security. From the first phone call placed to the company to the last invoice, I could see that I was dealing with a professional and caring organization. My first call was promptly responded to which was not the case with some of the other companies that I called. My questions and concerns were also addressed in a timely manner. Once I had provided documentation of the issues I was facing I was given a clear timeline that fit my requirements. The security personnel who accompanied me to my destination and stayed with me were also professional, indeed they were retired NYPD and had the foresight to contact the local police precinct in case of trouble. When a disturbed family member indeed called the police the security company stayed with me throughout the day as the issue was handled. I highly recommend AWICS Security and Investigations Inc. and will continue to call them for assistance in dealing with a difficult family situation. Thank you.
